會飛的大象

最近看了一個泰國藝術家的畫展,其中一幅畫裏有一隻會飛的大象,
感覺距離我現在的生活很遙遠。

JD,

Thanks for your message.

Indeed I haven't updated my blog for a couple of months. I always have ideas in my mind but no time to tidy up and write them down.

Anyway, nice to meet you.

You like 顧城's poem? 北島 is one of my favorite poets.

You have a blog? I'd also like to have a look if you don't mind.

ahhhhhhhhhh!!!!!! 北島 is my favorite as well!!! though most of the time i dont understand what he is saying. have you read his new book (not really new indeed) 時間的玫瑰?!

i love 顧城 as well, i was in beijing 2 weeks ago, when i was in 鐘鼓樓alone, i went into a cozy cafe and found a book by 顧城 there, the feeling of reading his poems there is so different from the feeling when i read it alone at home... (i know i am very pretentious, hahahaha)

thanks for your interest, here are my blogs:

http://jakelam.blogspot.com (old)

nice meeting you, have a nice weekend~

I studied Mandarin in Beijing during the summer term in 1998. It has been ten years since then. I'm longing to go back to Beijing again in the near future. I know changes happen every day every minute in Beijing.

I know the book 時間的玫瑰 but I haven't read it. The words he used in his poems or even the titles of his books are really beautiful.

In my impression, 顧城 looks like a kid, I mean the world of his poems is so simple and natural.
